Refund and Return Conditions
Refunds are available only in medical cases where the pet is diagnosed with an illness within two (2) days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund:
1. The customer must provide an official veterinary report issued by a licensed clinic in the UAE confirming the illness.
2. The report must indicate that the condition existed prior to purchase.
3. The request must be sent to hello@cutepets.ae within 48 hours of receiving the pet.
After verifying the report, customers may choose between:
A replacement pet of the same breed and value (based on availability).
Or a refund, processed securely through the original payment method.
No refund or exchange requests will be accepted after two days from delivery.
Refunds do not apply in cases of neglect, mishandling, or failure to follow veterinary advice.
Delivery and home-visit fees are non-refundable.
